Services

Quotations, BOQs, drawings and renderings are estimates until a signed contract is in place. A signed contract supersedes all prior communications.

Pricing

BOQ rates are valid for 30 days from issue and subject to change based on material market conditions. Locked-rate contracts insulate clients from fluctuations under 5%.

Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, renderings and VR assets remain LB Construction's intellectual property until full payment and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability

LB Construction's liability is limited to the contract value of the affected project. We carry comprehensive professional indemnity and workmanship insurance.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
