    Stage 01

    Pre-Construction

    Site visit, soil testing, and BOQ estimation. We assess your plot and prepare a complete cost breakdown before any design work begins.

  2. 02
    Stage 02

    Design Phase

    Architecture, structural engineering, and MEP planning. Your complete home is built in 3D and presented through a VR walkthrough. You sign off. Then we proceed.

  3. 03
    Stage 03

    Construction Phase

    Stage-wise execution with quality checks at every milestone. Materials are tracked against the BOQ specification. You receive regular progress updates.

  4. 04
    Stage 04

    Handover

    Final inspection, punch-list completion, and post-handover support. You receive keys and documentation not just keys.

Yes. VR Design & Planning is a core part of our pre-construction process for residential projects. Before construction begins, you walk through your home in full 3D and approve the design with complete spatial clarity.

Our BOQ covers every element of your home foundation, structural work, brickwork, roofing, flooring (specified by brand, grade, and area), bathroom fittings, electrical systems, plumbing, doors and windows, painting, and external development. Every item is listed by brand, grade, quantity, and cost.

Do you handle CMDA approvals for residential projects in Chennai?+

Yes. We manage the CMDA approval process preparing the necessary documentation, submitting applications, and coordinating with the relevant authority. Approval fees are itemised separately in your BOQ.
