BOQ & Sign-Off
A complete Bill of Quantities is prepared based on your confirmed design. Every material, every finish, every specification — itemised and agreed before construction begins.

Construction
Stage-wise execution to your exact specification. No substitutions without your written approval. Regular progress updates throughout.
