When Lokesh Bala founded LB Construction in 2012, he wasn't just setting out to build homes. He was setting out to prove that construction — an industry long associated with cost overruns, broken timelines, and information asymmetry — could work differently.
The vision was specific: a company where quality is measured, not claimed. Where every client knows exactly what they're paying before they commit. Where a home can be seen in full 3D before a single foundation is dug. Where the process is so well-documented that the project doesn't depend on any one person to hold it together.

Meet the founder: Lokesh Bala
A builder, not a broker.
Lokesh Bala studied structural design and construction management with a commitment that took him across India and internationally. He returned to Chennai with a single goal to build a company that treats its clients the way they deserve to be treated: with honesty, with transparency, and with the confidence that comes from a genuinely systematic approach.
"My grandfather built me a mud house to play in. It was cool, bright, full of fresh air. I was six years old and I knew — I want to build this for everyone."
That mud house — built with care, with craft, and with a deep understanding of how space affects the people who live inside it — is the emotional foundation of everything LB Construction builds.
