Boutique architecture office designed entirely in VR before construction began. Every surface, joinery detail and lighting circuit was specified line-by-line in the BOQ before mobilisation. Site execution followed our 6-checkpoint quality system across 3,200 sq ft of built-up area.

Handed over on schedule with full statutory clearance, a snag-free walk-through, and a 12-month defects liability cover. The project is available for a private site visit by prior appointment.
