I have been working with LB for more than a year. When I joined here as a civil engineer, I know only what I learned. Now, I have come a long way be it planning, implementing ideas in the right way in the right place, and showing improvement in my engineering and construction skills. I got the space I needed to show who I am. I am happy to working with LB Construction, and especially, for budding engineers those who aspire to see success in the Construction industry, this place is definitely a stepping stone.

I joined LB Construction few months before and I am still a happy employee looking forward a long-term career relationship with the company, since there are a lot of things to learn and acquire experience. Our managing director, Mr.Lokesh Bala, makes sure that women employees get the highest priority when it comes to safety and learning across verticals within the company. Rather than only developing your engineering skills, you even build expertise to own a construction company.

I have more than 5 years of experience working as a civil engineer for many builder companies, but our MD’s ideas and thoughts about building a quality house impressed me to join with LB Construction. I still feel that there is a huge scope of learning and self-motivates me to have thirst for knowledge all the time. Moreover, being a senior person, I improve my expertise not only by self-learning but also by training budding engineers in the right path with right information, which is again a new wing in my career.
